Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet GMC of Flemington is seeking an energetic, motivated Express Service Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll help customers with service needs, review history, and provide clear cost estimates, aiming for top customer satisfaction.

You will work full time, including some Saturdays, with a supportive work environment, PTO/holidays, and industry-leading benefits. Equal opportunity employer.

• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules express service appointments.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
