Qualificações

• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers, technicians and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Verify work was performed and diagnosed correctly and document customer interactions.
• Input and maintain customer information and schedule service appointments.
• Communicate via phone, email, and chat to coordinate service with customers throughout the day.
