Job summary

Kendall Auto Group, serving Eugene at Kendall Toyota of Eugene, is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join our Service team. The department is fast-paced and focused on customer satisfaction as the first Kendall contact in our service area.

Qualifications

Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
2 years of service writing experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and sales staff to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying work performed and diagnosed, researching vehicle history for recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information; scheduling service appointments.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day.
Working conditions are primarily indoors, PC-based, with standing/walking.
