Qualifications

• Ability to discuss services with customers and explain maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate automotive services and repairs by discussing with the customer the services desired.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on the vehicle age, mileage, and history.
• Review inspections estimates and recommend proper maintenance care.
• Review daily technician roster and distribute work between technicians.
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed.
