Lebanon Ford is seeking an Express Service Advisor to greet customers, understand needs, and guide routine maintenance with a friendly, professional approach. Automotive experience is helpful but not required; we can train the automotive side.

You’ll be among the first to interact with customers, ensuring the service experience is easy, efficient, and enjoyable from arrival to vehicle departure. This role offers growth opportunities within Lebanon Ford and the Kenwood Dealer Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and references.
• Willingness to learn CDK.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be one of the first people our customers interact with when they arrive for routine maintenance. Your job is to make the process easy, efficient, and enjoyable from start to finish.
• Welcome customers promptly and professionally
• Listen to their needs and clearly explain recommended services
• Coordinate oil changes, tire rotations, filters, bulbs, and other routine maintenance
• Keep customers informed and vehicles moving efficiently
• Work closely with technicians and teammates to deliver an excellent experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, professional work environment
• Look for ways to turn a routine visit into an exceptional customer experience
