Job summary

Subaru of Sterling is hiring an Express Service Advisor. You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, explaining service needs and preparing accurate repair estimates. You will process repair orders and communicate updates and costs clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of dealership experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians
• Explain service and repair recommendations to customers
• Prepare repair estimates including parts, labor, and customer costs
• Create and process repair orders in the service system
• Inform customers of additional service needs found during inspections
• Process manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable
• Keep customers updated on specials, status, and costs
