Job summary

Subaru of Sterling is hiring an Express Service Advisor. You will be the primary liaison between customers and technicians, explaining service needs and preparing accurate repair estimates. You will process repair orders and communicate updates and costs clearly to customers.

This full-time role offers a performance-based compensation plan with potential bonuses and incentives, plus a robust benefits package. A valid driver's license and dealership experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and technicians

• Create and process repair orders in the service system
• Inform customers of additional service needs found during inspections
• Process manufacturer warranty repairs when applicable
• Keep customers updated on specials, status, and costs
