Job summary

Harvey Autos in Bossier City is seeking a Service Advisor to ensure prompt, courteous service in the Service Drive. You will own the customer experience and help the dealership leave a positive impression with each interaction.

You will provide concierge support for owner inquiries, manage technicians' time, and distribute work efficiently to maximize service capacity. Prior dealership experience is preferred; equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of ServiceDrive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.

• Clean driving record

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to company’s liability insurance requirements
