Job summary

Harvey Autos in Bossier City, LA is seeking a service drive coordinator to manage flow, ensure prompt and courteous service, and own the customer experience. You will act as concierge for owner inquiries, both by phone and in person, and optimize technician time allocation.

Ideal candidates are organized, with dealership experience and a valid driver's license; positioning offers an equal opportunity workplace and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership drive lane.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age due to company’s liability insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of ServiceDrive. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
