Job summary

Thelen Subaru is seeking an energetic Express Service Advisor to represent the service department in our brand-new facility. You will greet customers, write repair orders, and guide them through check-in to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, communicative, and comfortable with computers. Automotive knowledge is a plus, and we’ll train the right person to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Thelen Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our team!

$40,000+ EXPECTED ANNUAL INCOME

competitive base pay PLUS performance-based bonus opportunities, no commission structure

Automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person!

YOUR ROLE

As a Subaru Express Service Advisor, you will be the face of the service department for our Express Service customers. You’ll help create a smooth, efficient, and enjoyable experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and identify their service needs
• Write and present repair orders
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow

Monday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
