Job summary

Bergstrom Chevrolet of Madison is seeking an Entry Level Technician to join our fast-paced service team. Start with oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections, and learn with a clear growth path from Apprentice to Shop Foreman through our tiered program.

A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential, with shifts from Mon–Sat and competitive hourly pay. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, holidays, and opportunities for advancement within Wisconsin’s largest automotive group.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Can-do attitude and solid work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for long periods.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays clean and organized like a pro.
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.
