Job summary

Bergstrom Ford of Green Bay is seeking an Express Lube Manager to oversee daily express lube operations, lead a team of technicians, and ensure top-quality guest service.

You’ll manage scheduling, training, and performance metrics while maintaining inventory and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and experience in automotive service are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in an automotive service or express lube environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Punctuality is a must.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of express lube operations (oil changes, tire rotations, basic vehicle maintenance).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the express lube department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Maintain high standards for guest service, ensuring positive experiences for every guest.
• Monitor department performance metrics including productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and team member development.
• Maintain inventory levels of parts, fluids, and supplies; ensure safety and policy compliance.
