Bergstrom Automotive in Neenah, WI is hiring an entry-level technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections. You’ll rotate tires, inspect key systems, and maintain a clean, organized bay while delivering friendly service to every guest.

The starting pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, with an extra $2.00 per hour on Saturdays. This full-time role follows a Mon-Sat schedule with opportunities for growth through our technician career path.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• A can-do attitude and solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.
