Job summary

Bergstrom Lexus of Madison is hiring an Entry Level Technician to perform oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections. You will rotate tires, check air pressure, and help keep bays clean while delivering friendly, informative service to every guest.

This role offers a clear path for growth within a large, award-winning automotive group. Shifts run 7:30am–6:00pm Monday–Friday and 9:00am–1:00pm Saturdays, with starting pay of $17–$20 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude and solid work ethic.
• Basic automotive knowledge or drive to learn fast.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.
