Job summary

Bergstrom Automotive in Neenah, WI is seeking an Entry Level Technician to join our team. You’ll perform fast, high-quality oil changes, inspect filters and belts, rotate tires, and keep the shop organized while delivering friendly service to every guest.

Schedule is full-time, five days a week with Monday–Saturday hours. Starting pay is $17.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience, with an extra $2 per hour on Saturdays. We offer growth paths and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or the drive to learn fast.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet.
• A can-do attitude and solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems.
• Rotate tires and check air pressure.
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized.
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest.

What You'll Do:

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems

• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest

Schedule: Full Time - 5 Day Work Week - Monday - Saturday

Monday - Friday: 9:30 am 6:00 pm

Every other Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm - day off during the week when working Saturday

Starting pay $17.00-$20.00/hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday!
