Job summary

Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh is seeking an Entry Level Technician to perform oil changes, inspect vehicle components, and assist in maintaining a clean and efficient service bay. No prior experience required beyond a drive to learn and a can-do attitude.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule with starting pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, with potential earnings based on experience. Benefits, growth opportunities, and an emphasis on teamwork are provided.

What You'll Do:

• Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks
• Inspect filters, belts, and other key systems
• Rotate tires and check air pressure
• Keep bays race shop clean and organized like a true pro
• Provide friendly, informative service to every guest

Schedule:

shifts ranging from Monday - Friday 7am - 6pm

Starting pay $17.00-20.00/hour based on experience. Earn an extra $2.00 per hour worked every Saturday!
