Qualifications

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Typing ability to enter repair orders efficiently.
• Basic computer and cost calculation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients when they arrive.
• Determines the nature of the client’s visit.
• Informs the estimator of the client’s arrival.
• Orders parts and writes POs and invoices.
• Schedules appointments for the estimator via email, phone, and in person.
• Provides information to store personnel regarding client needs.
• Provides administrative support to the staff as needed.
• Maintains refreshments and waiting areas and keeps them stocked.
• Maintains regular communication with estimators and managers.
