Job summary

Rock Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to act as the liaison between customers and technicians, develop service estimates, and manage repair orders in a high-volume shop. You will adminster warranties and keep customers informed of service progress and costs.

The role requires CDK experience, basic mechanical understanding, and a valid driver's license, with a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Service Advisor experience.
• Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
• CDK experience.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Be the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure the technician understands the customer’s needs and the customer understands the needed and recommended service/repairs.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer’s payment, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtaining approval signatures and entering RO into service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keep customer informed of service specials, completion times and service expenses.

• Pay: $64,500 - $161,800 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500 - $161,800.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Bonuses based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
