• Review inspection findings and present recommended maintenance.
• Upsell appropriate preventative maintenance services (filters, fluids, rotations).
• Handle payments, warranty information, coupons, and invoicing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane.
• Ensure all work meets dealership and manufacturer standards.

Dealership: L0056 Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Tri-Cities Now Hiring: Express Lube Advisor Pay: Earning Potential of $42,000 - $78,000 per year, Commission based. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 6:00pm. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is located onsite in Kennewick WA and reports to the Service Manager. At Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Tri-Cities, we're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Express Lube Advisor to join our fast‑paced service department.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers promptly as they enter the service drive

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of previous dealership experience is ideal.
• We will consider those with relative automotive, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly
• Adept at sales approach and consulting with customers
• Be able to navigate technology with ease
• Be passionate about the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram brands and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
• Professional in appearance and communications
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual earning potential for this role is $42K-$78K which includes commission on individual sales and individual gross profits.

Bonuses are based on individual manufacturer approvability; customer pay labor per RO and flat rate hours.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.

Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
