Qualifications

• Experience leading in a fast-paced retail or automotive service setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on service quality.
• Ability to identify issues, resolve problems quickly, and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and supervise Express Lane employees to maximize productivity and department standards.
• Direct daily workflow, set production pace, and remove obstacles to keep operations moving.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and manage training, equipment, and records.
• Ensure inspections, MPVIs, video processes, and service documentation are completed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor inventory and department needs; communicate priorities to the Service Director.
• Review performance, generate reports, and implement improvement plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and service levels.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
