Qualifications

• Must have supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, automotive, or service environment.
• Automotive service experience or knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to make quick decisions, adapt to changing priorities, and resolve operational challenges.
• Self-motivated with initiative and drive for continuous improvement.
• Must have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and supervise Express Lane employees to maximize productivity and maintain standards.
• Direct daily workflow, set the pace for production, and address obstacles quickly.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and maintain training and department records.
• Ensure proper completion of inspections and service documentation.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining satisfaction.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Monitor inventory and equipment; communicate priorities to the Service Director.
• Review department performance and develop action plans to improve operations.
