The ideal candidate will bring prior dealership experience, strong service-drive knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Candidates must provide their own tools and be ready for a 5-day work week (Mon-Sat).

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• CDK, XTime and General Motors experience preferred.
• Previous experience at an automotive dealership.
• Strong understanding of the service drive.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer competencies.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Verify and adjust tire pressure.
• Refill fluids as needed.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections to identify issues.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter during changes.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
