Responsibilities

Advisors set the tone for our customers experience in the express service lane and maintain the highest customer service standard.
Review customer's vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle and recommend additional services.
Receives payment for selected services.
Updates all the customer's information within organization's systems.
Reviews repair orders to ensure proper dealership documentation, correct repair charges, signatures for authorization, vehicle mileage in/out.
Create a positive workflow and detailed communication to maintain our customer's satisfaction.
