Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Some dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule and route service daily to maintain efficiency.
• Maintain daily route sheet and status of vehicles.
• Provide information needed for referrals to main shop repairs.
• Advise customers on car care and maintenance schedules.
• Obtain customer signatures and provide copies.
• Follow up on progress of repairs and updates to estimates.
