Job summary

AMB Sports & Entertainment's Mercedes-Benz Stadium in downtown Atlanta is seeking a Guest Experience Event Day Associate – Express Entry to help create a fast, welcoming entry experience for guests entering the stadium. You will greet guests, assist with enrollment where needed, and guide fans through the Delta Fly-Through Lanes to move quickly into the venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Ability to stand, walk or climb stairs for extended periods during events.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and major stadium events.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 75% of all major events.
• Must enjoy helping others and working within a team environment.
• Proactive in seeking positive interactions with guests and coworkers.
• Must enjoy speaking and interacting with others in a warm, friendly, and respectful manner.
• Must be available to attend all necessary in-person and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Express Entry Guest Support: Welcome guests arriving at Express Entry locations and assist with Delta Fly-Through enrollment.
• Guide guests through enrollment and answer questions about Express Entry.
• Assist guests outdoors at gates in all weather conditions.
• Provide technology support for QR code enrollment and troubleshoot entry questions.
• Maintain a welcoming presence and assist guests with general stadium questions.
• Support event day execution and manage guest flow during high-traffic periods.
