Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at Express Entry locations throughout the stadium.
• Assist guests using Delta Fly-Through Lanes for stadium entry.
• Guide guests through enrollment when needed and answer related questions.
• Help guests outside in various weather conditions at the gates.
• Provide directions and support for guests entering the stadium.
• Maintain a welcoming presence during high-traffic entry periods.
• Support other Guest Experience initiatives as assigned.
