Aafes at the Exchange is seeking a Customer Experience Associate – Express to help customers find what they’re looking for, keep merchandise stocked, and provide friendly, helpful service on the shop floor.

You’ll greet customers, listen to needs, suggest products, process transactions accurately, and support cross-training across store areas. The role offers solid benefits and the chance to grow with the team.

• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation.

Job description

As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs and labels on the sales floor.

Job Qualifications
