Job summary

The Army & Air Force Exchange Service (the Exchange) is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to help customers locate products and ensure the Express is stocked with desired items. You will greet customers, listen to needs, and suggest products while maintaining signs and labels on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs.

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous Convenience Store/Gas Station experience preferred.

Job description

As a Customer Experience Associate at the Express, you will assist customers in finding what they are looking for and ensure the Express is stocked with the products customers want. You'll know which products will meet customer's needs and stay up to date on trends. With your knowledge and helpful suggestions, customers will continue to shop the Exchange.You will prioritize customer needs over tasks and grow sales by maintaining merchandise, signs, and labels on the sales floor.

Job Qualifications
