Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform maintenance per dealer and factory standards while building trust and customer loyalty. You will collaborate with Parts and Service Advisors, document repairs, and stay current with factory bulletins through training programs.

Success is measured by production targets and Customer Satisfaction Index, with opportunities to advance into Service, Sales, Management, and more across a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Express/quick lube technician experience preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, per dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
