Job summary

AutoNation is looking for an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance per dealer and factory standards and to build customer loyalty by establishing trust in AutoNation as a caregiver for vehicle safety and reliability.

You’ll work with factory-trained technicians, participate in OEM certification programs, and contribute to a nationwide network of locations. A path to growth within service, sales, and management is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Express/quick lube technician experience preferred.
• Attention to detail required.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Stay current with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
