Job summary

Holler Nissan Lexington is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. The role offers opportunities to use Hunter equipment and organized manufacturer tools in a busy shop.

The position includes a sign-on bonus discussion with management, flexible schedule options, and participation in a benefits program including health and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Two years of technician helper or apprentice experience in an auto dealership or automotive technical school.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Pass background screening requirement.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil.
• Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, and shackles.
• Check air pressure of tires.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Inject grease into units using a grease gun when available.
• Add water to radiator and battery.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect vehicles for additional repairs needed.
• Complete MPI inspection and record findings to service advisor.
• Requires walking or standing for an extended period of time.
• Closed on Sundays.
