Classic Honda in Orlando, FL is seeking an Automotive Express Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and routine maintenance to dealer and factory standards. The shop uses Hunter equipment and manufacturer tools for efficient service.

You will conduct essential duties from oil changes to MPI inspections, with a sign-on bonus discussed during the interview process. This is a full-time role in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Two years of experience as a technician’s helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership or Automotive Technical School.
• Good judgment.
• Pass background screening requirement.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drain oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil.
• Inspect fluid levels of steering gear, power steering reservoir, transmission, differential, rear axle housings, and shackles.
• Check air pressure of tires.
• Lubricate moving parts with specified lubricants.
• Inject grease into units using hand or compressed-air powered grease gun.
• Add water to radiator and battery.
• Replace oil and air filters.
• Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed.
• Complete thorough MPI inspection and record findings to service advisor.
