Norm Reeves Honda of North Richland Hills is seeking a motivated Express Service Advisor to join the Honda Service Department. You will assist customers with routine maintenance, explain service needs, and coordinate with technicians to keep the flow smooth.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience helps, but training is provided for strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our Honda Service Department! This position is responsible for assisting customers with their routine maintenance and light service needs while providing a positive and efficient service experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Core Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with their express service needs, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and other routine maintenance.

Complete customer check-ins and gather information regarding vehicle concerns and requested services.

Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs to customers.

Prepare and explain service estimates, including pricing and recommended work.

Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.

Ensure customers are informed of service timelines and any additional recommendations.

Review completed work with customers and assist with the checkout process.

Maintain accurate customer information and service documentation.

Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the entire visit.
