The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) is seeking a motivated Express Service Advisor to join our Honda Service Department in North Richland Hills, TX. You will greet customers, collect information, explain maintenance needs, and prepare estimates to ensure a smooth, friendly service experience.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organization skills, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable discussing pricing and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, dealership, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable discussing service recommendations and pricing with customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with express service needs, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and other routine maintenance.
• Complete customer check-ins and gather information regarding vehicle concerns and requested services.
• Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs to customers.
• Prepare and explain service estimates, including pricing and recommended work.
• Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and keep customers updated.
• Ensure customers are informed of service timelines and any additional recommendations.
• Review completed work with customers and assist with the checkout process.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service documentation.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the entire visit.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join our Honda Service Department! This position is responsible for assisting customers with their routine maintenance and light service needs while providing a positive and efficient service experience.

The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is a plus, but we are willing to train someone with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
