Norm Reeves Dealerships is seeking a Lube Technician to perform light maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections, while ensuring guest satisfaction and a clean, safe workspace. Qualifications

• Full time availability
• At least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• 6+ months of experience as a lube/express technician; Automotive School or Program experience is required or preferred

Responsabilités

• Deliver guests’ cars on time and as promised
• Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
• Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary
• Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires per vehicle standards
• Conduct multi-point inspections (121-point) and alignment checks
• Perform minor services including software updates, key programming, windshield wiper and filter replacements
• Take detailed notes during and after inspections
• Keep the workspace clean at all times
• Collaborate with team to service vehicles efficiently

As a Lube Technician, you’re responsible for showing our guests a super experience and getting them on the road quickly.You’ll provide light vehicle maintenance, keep a safe, neat workspace, and handle your responsibilities with honesty and integrity.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver your guests’ cars every time, on time, as promised
• Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids
• Inspect brake linings and adjust if necessary

What You’ll Need:
