Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics in Irving, TX is seeking a logistics professional to support documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, and export declarations. You will file SEDs and track cargo to ensure accurate movement and delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of related experience; industry experience preferred. You will liaise with customers and vendors to quote rates, schedule dispatches, and maintain excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation, dock receipts, bills of lading, export declarations.
• File SEDs (Shippers Export Declarations).
• Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
• Provide billing information to accounting department.
• Communicate with customers regarding freight disposition (tracking, routing, dispatching, rate quotations).
• Communicate with vendors regarding shipment dispatch, routing, pricing, and rates.
• Coordinate with branches and agents to ensure excellent service execution.
• Seek the most profitable shipment mode while meeting customer requirements.
