Green Worldwide Shipping is seeking an experienced import coordinator in Irving, TX to own end-to-end shipments, negotiate rates, and ensure compliant documentation. You will liaise with steamship lines, carriers, and customers to deliver reliable logistics solutions.

The role requires 4–5 years in imports/shipping, knowledge of ocean imports, and strong communication plus Excel skills. Join a collaborative team focused on accuracy, speed, and customer service.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in imports, shipping, or transportation.
• Knowledge of ocean imports (FCL/LCL).
• Understanding of export customs laws and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end import shipments from origin to destination.
• Negotiate rates with steamship lines and carriers.
• Prepare export/import documentation for compliance.
• Maintain strong client, vendor and partner communication.
• Provide best-in-class transport solutions and cost control.
