Job summary

Expeditors is a global logistics company seeking a leader to expand the export product in the marketplace with focus on Operations, Finances, Sales, People, Systems, and Culture. The role drives efficiency, cost control, and customer service excellence across a multi-functional team.

The position emphasizes building strong vendor relationships, implementing process improvements, and actively contributing to business growth while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory

Qualifications

4 years of industry specific qualification (country specific).
Proven leadership attitude and background.
Strong market and product knowledge.
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the department organization chart for flexibility and growth.
Prepare and monitor the department business plan.
Improve key productivity indicators (SPD, RPD, EPD, RPS, revenue to expense).
Foster compliance with OPS and regulations and company policies.
Map department processes and seek efficiency improvements for customers and cost control.
Ensure SOPs are documented and reports are utilized to manage operations.
