Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years’ relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Complete export documentation & bill of lading (BOL).
Check-in drivers for loads.
Coordinate with loading dock regarding truck arrivals.
Housekeeping & filing (maintain electronic and paper copies for a minimum of 5 yrs.).
Personal Development - Participate in training and development sessions.
