Creekstone Farms Premium Beef is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist to handle USDA documents, export labels and Halal certificates, ensuring compliance and accuracy across export programs.

This role requires meticulous data entry, the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and strong written and verbal communication. You will support claim entry, email communications, and external cold storage processes while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or higher preferred.
• Must maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Export Documentation Specialist

JOB SUMMARY: The export sales clerk is responsible for completing documentation, data entry and certificates to ensure the proper completion and compliance of export programs. They will be responsible for being an example to other Team Members using a continuous improvement mentality and will work to perpetuate a “Creekstone Proud” culture through attitude and actions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Create and manage USDA documents

• Create Halal certificates as required
• Claim entry and e-mail support
• Manage outside cold storage processes as they pertain to Creekstone Farms

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Associates or higher preferred
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information while meeting stringent deadlines
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on assigned task in a timely manner
