Prestage Farms is seeking an Export Clerk to streamline documentation and logistics for shipments to international markets.

This role focuses on export documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-department coordination to ensure accurate, timely shipments and smooth interactions with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers.

You will maintain organized records, generate routine export reports, and support continuous improvement within our export operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with export documentation and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Coordinate with shipping partners to arrange transportation and communicate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and licensing requirements; prepare and submit declarations.
• Maintain organized records of export documentation for audits and reporting.
• Generate reports on export activities, costs, and timelines for management.
