Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments from start to finish across ocean and air freight.
• Communicate with customers, overseas partners and internal teams to ensure smooth progression of shipments.
• Prepare, check and manage export documentation in line with shipment requirements.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Process supplier invoices and ensure costs are recorded accurately.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and reporting tools.
• Build strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to enhance service levels.
