Are you an experienced Air Exports Coordinator? Do you have experience handling full cycle Air Export Transactions? Are you looking to join a company that values and empowers its employees? Woodland Group is seeking an Air Export Coordinator to join our team based in New Jersey!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Track freight and process invoices while providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all government export and transportation regulations.
• Receive, review, and process high-volume export transactions for clients, including booking, documentation, and billing.
• Process data through the company system and submit shipping information to relevant government agencies.
• Check shipments in the warehouse as needed to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Track and review shipping status to ensure timely departure and delivery of freight.
• Ensure hazardous materials shipments are checked and processed according to regulations under the International Ocean Transport Association and the Code of Federal Regulations.
• Prepare all required documentation (Letter of Credit, Ocean Bill of Lading, Service Report Log, etc.) for export functions in a timely manner.
• Close shipments and maintain filing records.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the export process, including quick responses to inquiries and problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience handling full cycle export transactions in freight forwarding.
