Job summary

University of Nebraska-Lincoln is seeking an Export Control Coordinator I, II, or III to oversee the UNL Export Control Program. You will provide expert guidance to administrators and staff on EAR/ITAR matters and lead training to prevent non-compliance while supporting NSRI collaborations.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and policy interpretation skills, with opportunities for remote work in line with university policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience at a research university or a clinical or regulatory environment; equivalent education/experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making, planning, and organizational skills
• Solid presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and meeting management skills
• Understanding of policy and procedure interpretation and implementation
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex multi-tasking environment
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience at a research university or a clinical or regulatory environment; equivalent education/experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
