Job summary

Actalent, a leading talent solutions company within Allegis Group, seeks an Export Control Officer to oversee export control compliance across client engagements both on-site and off-site.

The ECO will lead ITAR/EAR/OFAC compliance efforts, review contracts and SOWs, provide training, and partner with security, contracts and business teams to ensure controlled work is performed in full regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of export controls experience.
• Knowledge of EAR/ITAR and OFAC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage trade compliance.
• Provide subject matter expertise to enable business while maintaining compliance.
• Review contracts and SOWs to identify export control requirements.
• Assess technology and data within controlled spaces for compliance.
• Develop and deliver ITAR/EAR compliance training materials.
