Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with export control regulations and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate campus-wide activities and projects involving export‑controlled information to determine regulatory pathways.
• Identify export license requirements and manage end-to-end applications.
• Monitor activities for export compliance violations and lead remediation efforts.
• Conduct restricted-party screening to assess associated individuals/institutions.
• Develop and oversee Technology Control Plans (TCPs) and training materials.
• Assess need for a TCP and drive its implementation.
• Perform TCP audits and secure PI/project personnel acknowledgments.
• Document non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain export compliance database (Agiloft) and ensure records.
• Gather data to create reports and briefs for leadership.
