TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Export Compliance and Licensing professional based on the West Coast. The role focuses on preparing export license applications, ensuring ITAR/EAR compliance, and coordinating with multiple functions to maintain global export controls.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in business, 5+ years with ITAR defense contracting, and at least 5 years as an Empowered Official, with strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a Business Discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working for an ITAR registered defense contractor.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Empowered Official (22 C.F.R. §120.62).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare export license applications (TAA, MLA, DSP-5, SNAP-R).
• Support U.S. facilities use with ACE Portal.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, OFAC, EAR, and Census rules.
• Perform watch list screening using Export Management System.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure export compliance.
• Identify and remediate export compliance gaps.
• Work with non-U.S. sites on export regulatory requirements.
• Review export-related contract terms and agreements.
• Draft and submit classification requests to State/Commerce.
• Review foreign travel and visitor requests for compliance.
• Implement Technology Control Plans for programs/sites.
• Apply correct HTSUS codes for USCBP.
• Review and approve North American exports.
