The Lambertville Station Inn, operated by Genesis Hospitality in Lambertville, NJ, is seeking an experienced kitchen expeditor to join a high-volume restaurant team. The ideal candidate will coordinate orders, ensure timely plating, and communicate clearly with cooks and servers.

Responsibilities include finishing plates, packaging takeout orders, preparing desserts with the server team, and maintaining a clean expeditor area. Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant expeditor in a high-volume kitchen.
• Clear, concise communication with cooks and servers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments.
