Responsibilities include finishing plates, packaging takeout orders, preparing desserts with the server team, and maintaining a clean expeditor area. Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a restaurant expeditor in a high-volume kitchen.
• Clear, concise communication with cooks and servers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen.
• Front expeditor ensuring orders are called to the cooks.
• Finishing all plates.
• Finishing and packaging all takeout orders.
• Getting desserts together for the servers.
• Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager.
