You will manage orders via the POS, communicate with the kitchen, ensure accurate timing, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized station. Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication throughout high-volume, fast-paced service.
• Manage all orders via POS and communicate clearly to the kitchen, including special requests.
• Maintain accurate timing for dish execution.
• Check dishes for quality and appearance before serving.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, components, utensils, and drop lines.
• Communicate menu changes and food-related information to FOH.
• Follow food safety and allergy protocols.
• Maintain open communication with BOH and FOH teams.
• Stock and prepare service items as needed.
• Transport food quickly from kitchen to guests.
• Assist with table and floor maintenance, including water service and resets.
• Keep work areas clean and demonstrate safe equipment use.
• Adhere to grooming and dress code standards.
• Support team members and foster a positive work environment.
